We currently deliver across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
Delivery to certain remote or non-serviceable areas may not be possible; in such cases, our team will inform you and process a refund if required.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like courier delays, public holidays, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping for orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be charged.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to track your shipment.
You can also track your order through the courier partner’s website.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us, and re-delivery will be subject to additional shipping charges.
7. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for select pin codes and is subject to a small handling fee.
