Rerturn Policy

At Makhana India (Healthy Bites, Happy Life), we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best quality products. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds are processed for orders placed through makhanaindia.com.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products (makhana, dry fruits, and related food items), we accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.

  • You receive the wrong product (different from your order).

  • The product is expired or has quality issues upon delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following situations:

  • Product has been opened, used, or partially consumed.

  • Packaging is tampered or damaged after delivery.

  • The product is purchased during a clearance sale or special promotion marked as non-returnable.

  • The return request is made after 2 days of delivery.

3. Return Process

If your order meets the return eligibility criteria:

  1. Contact Us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Our team will review your request and arrange for a pickup or ask you to ship the product back (if applicable).

4. Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.

5. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose to have a replacement product sent to you, subject to stock availability.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and will be treated as per the return policy.
